1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“you” or “the client”) and Kidprovise (“we”, “our”, “us”) when booking or attending our classes, workshops, or events. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
2. Who We Are

3. Bookings
• All bookings must be made through our official booking system, website, or by direct arrangement with our team.
• Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Bookings are confirmed only when payment has been received in full or a
payment plan has been agreed in writing.
4. Payments & Fees
• All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry if payment has not been received.
• Late payment may result in a loss of booking.
• We may offer discounts or promotions at our discretion — these are not guaranteed for future bookings.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
• Your cancellation:
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the class will
receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7–14 days before the start will receive a 50%
refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the
start date.
• Our cancellation:
• If we cancel a class, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer to
another session.
• We are not responsible for travel or other costs incurred in relation to a
cancelled session.
6. Attendance & Conduct
• Children must be brought to and collected from the venue by a parent,
guardian, or authorised adult.
• Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the class leader’s instructions.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that risks their safety or the safety of others — no refund will be given in such cases.
7. Safeguarding & Welfare
• Kidprovise is committed to safeguarding children.
• All staff are DBS-checked and follow our Safeguarding Policy.
• Any concerns about a child’s welfare will be acted upon in accordance with UK safeguarding legislation.
8. Health & Safety
• Please inform us of any medical, learning, or behavioural needs before the first session.
• We may refuse entry if we believe a child’s needs cannot be met safely without reasonable adjustments.
• We follow all relevant health and safety guidelines and carry out risk assessments for our activities.
9. Photography & Media
• We may take photos or videos during classes for promotional purposes.
• You will be asked for consent during registration — you may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us in writing.
10. Liability
• We are not liable for personal belongings brought to classes.
• Our liability for any claim arising from attendance at our sessions is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
